"Commercial Art"

When I was in 7th grade (13 years old), I wrote a paper on commercial art. I just came across it in some old files. It is worth a chuckle.

Commercial art is usually created for business purposes. It is used for reproduction. An artist could illustrate and the illustration could be copied a thousand times over.

The classes needed for this job is math, english and art. The salary was not given, but I expect it to be high.

The equipment that could be used for this job is a drawing table, paints, pencils, pastels, paper, graphs and an imagination!

I want to be this because I enjoy drawing animals, and people, practically everything! I would love to make a career out of it. The only thing about this job that I really don't like is the fact that I have to be good in math. I hate math. I am terrible in math. But I am s l o w l y (haha I did space that out on the paper!) improving.

The hours for this job is unlimited. I hope I will be working on it a lot of the time.

Well, little me, you got through math (yes, you had to withdraw twice to keep from failing and finally had to take it in the summer with a tutor... but you did make an "A")... and you did make a career out of it... and you do work on it a lot of the time. :) I am not sure what you had in mind when you wrote that you expected the salary to be "high", but you are doing alright.

"Koala Loves You" has arrived as my first t-shirt design for sale! I ordered the shirt from Spreadshirt and I am happy with the quality. It is super soft and comfortable.

This was a birthday present for my friend, Richelle.
Happy Birthday Richelle! I'm glad you like it!

I am going to update my online shop with a few different designs for adult and children's sized apparel. Expect a link soon!
