yarn made me do it. :P That and I am pretty loopy.

Crochet Cat Toy

Learning how to crochet... one stitch at a time. I've started out simple. I really wanted to get the movement of making consistent stitches down with ease. So I sort of mindlessly worked on one long chain, for relaxation, right before bed whenever I could. This has resulted in me feeling confident enough to move on to the next step... getting the magic loops down.

This has ALSO resulted in Prailey's new cat toy. :) She used to have a long "string" (aka cord that used to hold up a pair of sweat pants) that she would loop over her back and walk around the house with... weaving it in and out of chair legs... so that she could slowly weave it back out again. Silly cat! :) That particular string disappeared long ago... but now she has a new one! All I had to do was dangle it in front of her nose and her little eyes grew big and she mewed happily for it. I did not put this on her back... she got it there all on her own. Happy Cat. =^_^=
